Exposing propaganda series. Welcome to Hans Vogel.

While Dutch authorities closed some of our network access to Russian news channels and their propaganda, they seem to have forgotten one of the most illustrious or infamous names in the historic roaster of the Russian news network. Pravda.ru

Pravda.ru still refers to what was once the central organ of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Today Pravda editors are still effortlessly serving Vladimir Putin's new world domination propaganda, and while you are expecting them to mostly be Russian natives, you will be surprised to find a few unexpected nationalities, including two or three Americans and even a Duch citizen. Hans Vogel.

Mr. Vogels is a Ph.D. historian who was once a lecturer at Leiden University and a specialist in military history and Latin America that, for some mysterious reasons, underwent some spiritual development and became one of the most vigorous supporters of the Russian conservative propaganda.

While in his quest in support of the Russian news, he has also made quite a turn on his own country of origin and recently called the Netherland "a docile vassal state of the US, that is ruled by a corrupt elite, held together by ambition, greed, blackmail, and fear. A deceitful country that has embraced neoliberalism, militant feminism, and LGBTQ madness.

Those words and many of his rough communicative styles reveal a particular kind of notorious aggressive behavior, usually found in the pure political propaganda that has recently swapped across the news media in recent years. As a demonstration of his most recent ardor, he also decided to make a clear stand for the brutal way in which any kind of protests against the corona policy had been crushed in the Netherlands, calling the Dutch government "A group of conspiracy theorists ruled by a network of high-ranking child molesters."

In one more authored piece on pravda.ru., Vogel also recently used Maaike Schoon's interview with the Russian ambassador to emphasize how bad things are going in the Netherlands. "Last Sunday, the Russian ambassador to the Netherlands, Mr. Alexander Sjoelgin, was interviewed by some bimbo posing as a journalist. She spoke American English. She displayed both ignorance and unbelievable brutality. She wouldn't let the ambassador finish and kept interrupting him rudely. Mr. Shulgin showed admirable self-control and civilization. That's how Russia came out brilliantly, although perhaps not in the eyes of the stunned and docile Dutch public." (See links below)

The article perfectly illustrates how Russian propaganda treats the public with an intoxicating combination of lies and fiction, creating a terrible image of a dysfunctional Dutch society in which a corrupt elite has the upper hand over the rest of the population and uses any possible means to deceived them. More recently, in his quest to highly satisfy his beloved team at Pravda.ru, he described the Russian aggression as an excuse to willingly and confidently conform to Putin's "teachings of salvation."

While we will never be sure how many people are following his propaganda effort, we need to further understand his techniques and the methodologies that corrupt the news and try their best to procure more "believers" for their pro-governmental cause. After all, it's quite a shame that Vogel's academic knowledge ended up in the dirty hands of Russian propaganda. However, we would like to point out that Vogel is still spreading distorted propaganda while his journalistic team is still denying the presence of Russian war crimes in Ukraine.

Hans Vogel, who lives in Le Marche, Italy, is a historian (Ph.D., University of Florida), formerly affiliated with Leiden University and recently shown as Profesor de Historia at ESEADE in Buenos Aires and is a regular propaganda columnist for Pravda.ru.
